HOW TO INCREASE IN KINGDOM AGENCY

VEILSREMOVED55

As Believers we can fade into apathy and descend into increasing torpor.

Jesus said, ‘To those who listen to my teaching, more understanding will be given. But for those who are not listening, even what little understanding they have will be taken away from them’ Mark 4.25 NLT.

Christ’s teaching is more than words. It’s a state of being that He called the way, the truth and the life. This is why Christ our life is a state of being and fundamentalism is not. The ‘anointing’ on words and definitions will not produce life. The  foundational anointing on our life in Christ unites us with Father to make us authoritative teachers of spirit and life because we have become linked to Father and life without limit.

VACUOUS WORDS
Too many fill a speaking appointment with words that are religious, yet ‘something and nothing’. This comes from an inability to speak the truth as a result of not knowing the truth and being blind to truth because they live in the illusion that their personal lack of spiritual discernment is grace. But it is not grace. It’s just spiritual blindness. Blindness that occurs when we accommodate ourselves to bent gospels because they are ours.

We can speak words of spirit and life with authority and not as the scribes when we live in the truth of oneness with God. Received error vitiates oneness and  shrinks genuine Christian authority.
THE MODE OF BEING
We can dive into the depths of Jesus teaching – which is more than teaching – it’s a state of being. Or we can live a routine christianity on a treadmill of well-respected dullness caused by an absence of spirit and life. Spirit and life is what distinguishes you from the spirit of religion.
NOT DORMANT
People who are alive in their spirit are not dormant. But they are not usually noisy or overly busy. They have nothing to prove because they have learned to be alive in who they are. They are not necessarily hermits because they know that God in fullness is incarnated in every aspect of their time and place. They have the liberty and adventure of diffusing His spirit and life into assorted locations. Particularly in their daily work.
GOD IS WHERE YOU ARE
A friend of mine with a healing gift healed a man at an airport in India when I was with Him a few years ago. He was the attendant working on the security x-ray machine. There are no specifically holy times or places other than where you happen to be living out your oneness with God. The fact is that in the post cross age you are holy because God is holy and you are a son inhabited by the fullness of God.
FOR OUR JOY
But we must not think God is in us only for the performance of miracles. We are incarnated with God to share in the joy and fellowship of the trinity. We are incarnated with God for the development of our sonship/daughtership. God in fullness has come in our flesh for our healing and equipping with spirit and life. This is the life that filled Jesus’ words being just as it fills yours when you believe. We need this life in our marriage, our families our work places and our society. It’s not only about healing limbs. It’s about the I AM of being human beings. It’s about healing the creation.
GOSPEL OF JESUS, PAUL AND JOHN
This is the gospel of Jesus and the apostles. Christ come in the flesh, Christ come as you and as us all. Spirit and life flows from God in us. Never from the law. There is only condemnation and separation in the Letter. The letter kills*. The Spirit gives life. This is the fullness of God manifesting in you as you. This is what it means to be sons in spirit and in truth.
Interpret the word and life through what God has done in Christ. Not in some peculiar concoction of scripture.
JESUS LENS
You need to develop a spirit hermeneutic which is the Jesus lens. Read the bible through the law and you will trash its true meaning and deceive yourself. Read the Bible through the Christ and you will become privy to continuing revelation and life. Thomas Torrance remarks, “
The theologian must learn to think in accordance with God’s self-revelation, Jesus Christ. This involves critically stripping our minds free from any foreign, a priori (theoretical), notions which have not derived directly in accordance with the reality we seek to know.” (1) It involves divesting ourselves of cunningly devised fables, ‘other gospels’ and ‘doctrines of demons’ as well as the rationalisations and fictions we have relied on to support our myths and veils. But this is the thing. In Christ all veils are removed.
* The sad thing about the law adherent is that he does not know that his spirit is dead.
