His life as your life

What would I say to a person who has spent their lives outside the church because they were repelled by religion, but have now come to the Lord?

I would say, agree with Jesus that He is your life. Be clear that all life comes from Him. Know that there is no life whatsoever in the externalities of religion and understand that the trinity lives in you and that you are always in companionship with Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Understand that in you lives the fullness of the Godhead bodily and know that you and your Father are one. God in you, manifesting as your person is the inheritance of every Believer: Thus you are a son/daughter of God.

Understand that you have been joined to God and your being is woven into God. God through Jesus is woven into you.

It follows from the above that you possess the spirit and life of God because you are a Believer. Not because you attend church, observe holy days or do good things. You are whole, holy and filled with God’s spirit of life because you are the manifestation of that life. That life is in you. This life is where you are and this Christ Life is you. You and your life in Jesus is your is your sacrament. This the celebration of CHRIST IN YOU and Christ as you.

The icon of the new reality that is the born again you is the Lord’s Table. This is less about the cross and all about THE INCARNATION: HIS LIFE AS YOURS.

There is but one sacrament that celebrates the key reality of the New Testament Age: the Lord’s Table. Eating the bread and wine does not fill you with God. This is a celebration of what already is the fact of your life. Because you eat Jesus, you live because of Jesus. By agreeing that Jesus is your life you have said “yes” to eating His flesh and drinking His blood in the Spirit. Christ has come in your flesh. Now you, Bill and Mabel are the manifestation of Jesus Christ.

'Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me' John 6.57 NIV.

The church is not a stairway to heaven. Heaven is in you because Christ has come in your flesh. Wholeness is far more than the harmonious development of physical, mental and spiritual powers. Holiness and wholeness is Christ your life.

What would I say to a new Christian. I would say embrace Christ as your life and reject gospels that are but a new rendition of the fall.

˜I say this because many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist' 2 John 1.7 NIV.
